Our story grew from the trust of our loyal clients at iKontura Aesthetics & Wellness. As we guided clients through advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling, many asked why they had to go elsewhere for facials. They wanted continuity. They wanted convenience. Most of all, they wanted the same level of trust and care in one place. That is how iKontura Skin Rituals was born. Created by two sisters with a shared belief in thoughtful skincare rituals, our vision was simple: to create luxurious facials that feel elevated, personalized, and complete. Your Treatment Time Is Truly Yours When you reserve a 60-, 90-, or 120-minute Signature Facial, that time is devoted entirely to your facial. Consultation, preparation, skin assessment, and changing time are not deducted from your treatment. Every detail is thoughtfully accounted for, allowing you to settle in, relax, and fully enjoy the experience. When we say 60 minutes, we mean 60 minutes of uninterrupted care. Personalized by Design Your skin is not static, and your facial should not be either. Every Signature Facial is thoughtfully individualized based on your skin’s condition, concerns, sensitivities, and goals at the time of your visit. From the products selected to the modalities performed, each element is curated with intention to create a treatment that feels uniquely yours. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We believe in listening to your skin and responding with refined, personalized care. No Endless Add-Ons We wanted to simplify the facial experience while making it feel more complete. Instead of beginning with a basic service and asking you to continually add upgrades, our Signature Facials already include meaningful modalities within each tier. Every treatment is thoughtfully composed from the beginning, so you can focus less on choosing add-ons and more on enjoying a seamless, luxurious experience. Three Signature Tiers, Designed With Intention Our menu is intentionally simple, elegant, and easy to navigate: iKon Silver Essential Skin Maintenance iKon Gold Advanced Skin Care + Anti-Aging Support iKon Platinum Our most comprehensive experience, with the choice of Korean Glass Skin or Complete Anti-Aging. As the modalities become more advanced, the treatment time increases with them. We do not compress a more complex facial into the same appointment length. More care deserves more time, and exceptional results deserve an experience that never feels rushed. Results and Relaxation, Together We believe a facial should care for more than your complexion. CANCELLATION POLICY
IKONTURA SKIN RITUALS Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or Rescheduling With 24+ Hours’ Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your complete treatment experience. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying the next guest. The full scheduled service price may still apply. If your late arrival does not leave enough time to safely or appropriately perform the service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee may apply. Appointments Using Membership Credits, Packages, or Promotional Offers For appointments booked using a membership facial credit, prepaid package, gift certificate, or promotional offer, a late cancellation or no-show may result in a charge equal to 50% of the regular or applicable booked service price, rather than automatically forfeiting the entire service credit. Any membership credit or prepaid service treatment will remain subject to the applicable membership or package terms. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment. By booking an appointment with Ikontura Skin Rituals, you acknowledge and agree that the card provided may be charged the applicable 50% late cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. Exceptions We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Ikontura Skin Rituals on a case-by-case basis. Autumn is Ikontura Skin Rituals’ FOUNDING LICENSED ESTHETICIAN / SKIN SPECIALIST. She has four years of experience devoted to the art and science of skin health. She played an integral role in developing our personalized iKon Signature Facials, thoughtfully combining results-driven skincare with restorative touch and relaxation. Specializing in lymphatic drainage facial massage and customized skin treatments, Autumn believes you should never have to choose between visible results and a deeply relaxing experience. Every treatment is personalized to your skin, your goals, and what you need in that moment. For Autumn, every touch is a path toward relaxation. Her intentional approach allows you to slow down and step away from the outside world while your skin receives focused, personalized care. She creates a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel completely at ease.
